Hazard Inspection, Preventing Problems Before They Arise

To conduct a comprehensive and thorough inspection for potential hazards, we have developed a rigorous and meticulous regular inspection process.

Special Inspection of Production Equipment

Feed production involves numerous complex and crucial mechanical equipment. From the raw material conveying system to crushing equipment, mixing units, pelletizers, and packaging production lines, every link is related to the smooth progress of the overall production. Our professional technical team will conduct in-depth inspections of these equipments one by one according to the established schedule. We will check whether the key components of the equipment have wear and tear, such as the tightness of the drive belts, the meshing condition of gears, and the operating parameters of motors. Because even the slightest wear or abnormality may cause malfunctions in the subsequent production process, which will not only affect production efficiency but also may lead to safety accidents. Meanwhile, we will also conduct precise inspections on various instruments and sensors of the equipment to ensure that their readings are accurate and can provide reliable feedback information for the automated production process.

Hazard Inspection of the Electrical System

The electrical system is like the “nervous system” of the feed mill, maintaining the orderly operation of the entire production. During the regular inspection, professional electricians will carefully check whether the circuit wiring is aged or damaged, whether the electrical components in various distribution boxes and control cabinets are firmly connected, and whether switches, contactors, etc. are sensitive and reliable in operation. For some electrical equipment that has been operating under high load for a long time, special attention will be paid to its heat dissipation to avoid short circuits and other dangerous situations caused by overheating, so as to fully ensure the stability and safety of the power supply and enable each production equipment to work normally under reliable power support.

Safety Inspection of the Storage Area

The storage areas for feed raw materials and finished products should also not be overlooked. We will check whether the building structure of the warehouse is stable and whether there are any signs of leakage on the roof to prevent the raw materials from being damaged or the finished products from deteriorating due to bad weather or structural problems. Regarding the stacking of stored materials, we will strictly check whether it complies with the required height and spacing requirements to ensure that the passages are clear, which is convenient for handling operations and can effectively prevent the risk of material collapse. In addition, the ventilation, dehumidification, fire prevention, and pest and rodent control facilities in the storage area are also within the scope of inspection, so as to comprehensively ensure the storage safety of raw materials and finished products and maintain the product quality from being affected by external factors.

Inspection of Fire-fighting and Safety Facilities

Safety is the cornerstone of all production activities, and the fire-fighting and various safety facilities in the feed mill are an important line of defense for us to safeguard the production environment. Special personnel will be arranged regularly to check fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, sprinkler systems and other fire-fighting equipment to verify whether their pressures are normal, whether their parts are damaged, and whether they can be used normally. The clarity of the signs of the safety passages and whether the passages are unobstructed will be strictly checked. Emergency lighting equipment and evacuation signs will also be tested one by one to ensure that in case of emergencies, they can provide clear escape instructions for employees, maximizing the protection of the lives of employees and the property of the enterprise.

In addition to targeted repairs for malfunctioning equipment, we also attach great importance to in-depth maintenance and preventive maintenance work. Based on the usage time, operation status of the equipment and the suggestions of the manufacturers, personalized maintenance plans are formulated. Regular comprehensive maintenance will be carried out on the equipment, severely worn parts will be replaced, mechanical structures will be calibrated and lubricated, and the electrical system will be cleaned, tightened and performance-tested, so that the equipment can always maintain the best operating state, extend its service life, reduce the probability of sudden failures, and thus provide a strong guarantee for stable and efficient production.
