Main ingredients5%\10% Sarafloxacin Hydrochloride Pharmacological EffectsSarafloxacin Hydrochloride is a broad-spectrum bactericidal drug for animals, with strong antibacterial activity against most Gram-negative and positive bacilli and cocci, including most species of Klebsiella, Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Enterobacteriaceae, Campylobacter, Shigella, Aspergillus, and Pasteurella, etc., and the effect on Mycoplasma is slightly less effective than that of Diflufloxacin. It is rapidly absorbed internally and reaches the peak concentration of blood drug in 1-3 hours. The bioavailability of internal administration in chickens is 61%. It is widely distributed in animals. It is excreted through the kidney, and the concentration in urine is high. The half-life of internal administration to chickens is 3.3 hours. |
