Doxycycline Hyclate Soluble PowderDoxycycline Hyclate Soluble Powder is light yellow or yellow crystalline powder, available in 10% and 50% contents. Pharmacological effectsTetracycline antibiotics. Doxycycline reversibly binds to the receptor on the 30S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, interferes with the formation of ribosome complexes between tRNA and mRNA, prevents the elongation of the peptide chain and inhibits protein synthesis, thereby rapidly inhibiting the growth and reproduction of bacteria. Doxycycline inhibits both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Bacteria are cross-resistant to doxycycline and oxytetracycline. Oral administration absorbs quickly, is less affected by food, has high bioavailability, strong tissue penetration, wide distribution, and long-lasting effective blood concentration. The protein binding rate in pigs is 93%. |
