Pharmacological EffectsAntipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory agent. This product is a salt formed by the complexation of aspirin calcium and urea. After oral administration to pigs and chickens, Carbasalate Calcium is quickly absorbed and hydrolyzed into aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). Aspirin is rapidly absorbed and metabolized primarily in the liver, degrading rapidly into salicylic acid in the body. This product mainly exerts antipyretic and analgesic effects through aspirin.
